Weight Gain, Overweight and Obesity Reflects Your Health

Weight gain, overweight and obesity are major issues effecting youth and adults today. Through the years we've seen drastic increases in obesity in especially young people and children. There are many factors affecting weight gain in people today and we'll talk about them.

Excessive weight gain and being overweight impacts one's health greatly. Weight problems that people experience also affects your health. People have health problems due to being overweight and the type of diet we eat.

Some major problems that weight gain causes are:

1. Depression
2. High Blood Pressure
3. Cardiovascular Disease
4. Increases chance of heart attack or stroke
5. High cholesterol
6. Increase chances of heart diseases

These are just some of the health problems that effects young people, teens, children and adults. Being overweight is causing problems to people worldwide. Nearly 2 thirds of U.S. adults are overweight. This is a major problem affecting people and we need to control our weight for the sake of our own health but to that of our children as well. Throughout the years we've seen child obesity rise and us parents need to address the situation and gain control of the weight issue. The pure fact that being overweight and obesity is killing people worldwide.

There are several things people can do to control and help with weight loss and we'll discuss this as well. But before we do that we will also discuss all related problems and effects that weight gain and obesity are causing so that all parents and teens realize the seriousness of this matter that's affecting millions.
